Here at Tassat Hair we strive to make our salon environment an inclusive and friendly environment. We will always try our absolute best to provide you with the best service possible. Any prices shown on our website or online are rough prices and are susceptible to change. Prices will vary depending on hair type, length, thickness and so on. In salon we offer free consultations where we sit down with you and come up with a plan and rough quote on your desired outcome. This also means that we can take budgets into consideration when moving forward with the appointment. We pride ourselves in our work but it takes both client and stylist to achieve your hair dreams. We are firm believers that we will never stop learning and growing our skills, if there is anything you think we can improve on please do not hesitate to let us know.
CANCELLATIONS
For all online appointments we require a $25 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be taken off of your final service price. We understand that times can be tough and sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, this is why we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Your deposit will be 100% refundable for any cancellation or reschedule if you do so 24-hours before your appointment. Unfortunately any changes made within 24-hours will be a forfeit of your deposit. We will be happy to reschedule you, but another deposit will be taken to secure the appointment. Please note, all online bookings must be approved by staff in salon, if any changes need to be made to the appointment we will contact you.
